is a self-taught Portuguese-speaking painter,

sculptor, poet, inventor, designer, photographer, cook, and pastry with african-Portuguese roots. Due to political conflicts inhis homeland, he was forced to relocate as a fifth-grades, he devoted himselt to Michelin-starred cuisene for years.

Through his love of physics, mathematics, and chemistry, and his passion for experimentation, he was able invet and market a new product
